We have a 14 days return policy after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
custom products cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items, Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Some items are excluded from exchange or return under no circumstances we don’t accept returns or exchange on those items like tables, consoles, artificial plants & podiums and pots collection.
Order Hold Policy
Customers may request to hold an order for future delivery, provided the full order amount is paid in advance. Orders held for future delivery are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Please note that some of our shipping partners do not accept cash on delivery for certain products, but you can transfer the amount via InstaPay or through the payment link we will send you.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
